CareVoice is a SaaS platform that helps private health insurers achieve customer-centricity and optimize workflow, and offers end-to-end services from consumer lifestyle to policyholders’ clinical needs and related administration.
Its SaaS platform consists of a mobile application that enables insurers to personalize their policy holders’ health journey (from symptoms/triage and doctor search/visit to policy management and lifestyle management), and (ii) an enterprise software and service that insurance employees can apply across workflow (from co-creating new insurance products and managing renewals to automating manual process in underwriting and claims). Ultimately, CareVoice helps increase insurer’s revenues and reduce costs.
Incumbent insurers today lack both the agility, partnerships, and tech stack to ensure pleasant end to end user journey across their healthcare continuum. Such insurers can readily use CareVoice white-label software to increase adoption/renewal, underwrite innovate new products, and reduce claims.

Where did the idea behind CareVoice come from?
With decades of experience in the health and enterprise software industries, as well as new product launches across geographies, our founding team successfully pivoted The CareVoice from a consumer App addressing consumers’ mistrust for medical services to CareVoiceOS, an API-based infrastructure and health ecosystem, solving insurers’ struggle to design and manage bespoke customer health engagement journeys.
