Jasmine’s career so far has spanned advising companies from the earlier stages through to publicly listed businesses.
Prior to joining Apis, Jasmine spent two years investing in mid-market companies at Lloyds Development Capital, the private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group. She also has several years of experience as an adviser on M&A transactions, capital fundraises and IPOs at Deloitte and Peel Hunt.
Jasmine lives in London and, outside of work, you can catch her trying out the city’s latest fitness classes, on a long walk, listening to a podcast or planning her next trip in the world.

Hard to choose just one so here are my top three – travelling to South America, hiking anywhere with beautiful natural scenery (such as the Canadian Rockies or the Swiss Alps) or a cultural and historic tour of India to explore my heritage.
Being happy trumps everything else – enjoy your life while you can!
Having worked with companies at various stages of their journey, I find the growth phase the most exciting. It offers the opportunity to work with ambitious founders/owners who have strong innovative ideas – seeing this grow to a larger scale is hugely motivating!
I have always been passionate about understanding what makes a business successful, from participating in the Young Enterprise scheme during my educational years to reading and listening to vast amounts of material on how to build businesses in my spare time.
My career thus far has given me the technical knowledge needed to evaluate the growth prospects of a company from an investor’s point of view, and has also honed the huge interest I have in the “people” aspect of the job.
