What would the trip of a lifetime be for you?

I am a big football fan and would love to watch the Euro football tournament in person.

What is your favourite city in the world? And why?

Barcelona for its great architecture, weather, food and it’s the home of FC Barcelona.

How did your background prepare you for a role at Apis?

I have spent the last 14 years of my career investing in South Asia with a focus on Financial Services. During this period, I have had the opportunity to learn from experienced and committed colleagues, and collaborating with high quality entrepreneurs providing me rich diversity of experiences.

Why work with Growth Markets?

The opportunity in growth markets is very attractive with a large underserved customer base that is urbanizing rapidly.

There is a wave of innovation taking place to overcome the challenges associated with poor infrastructure and weak distribution. My firm belief is that a number of high-quality businesses will emerge in growth markets over the next decade that will not only be regional champions but also set global benchmarks.
