At Apis, Sienna works on all fund-raising, transactional, regulatory, and legal matters.
Prior to joining Apis, Sienna was in the private funds team at Cleary Gottlieb after having trained at the firm and her practice focused on private equity funds, advising fund managers and sponsors in the establishment and management of alternative investment funds and institutional investors investing in such funds, in both domestic and offshore contexts.
Sienna lives in London and enjoys travelling (particularly to anywhere with great scuba diving), trying new restaurants and going to concerts.

Mexico City as it is so vibrant and culturally diverse. The food is incredible and the constantly changing art galleries, museums and music venues would keep anyone busy for months.
Social impact creates opportunities and makes a huge difference in the lives of others by addressing systemic challenges in a sustainable way. It moves us away from a simple “do no harm” approach to business by requiring intentionality to address social and environmental objectives whilst generating financial returns for investors.
