Torie’s role as Executive Assistant & HR Coordinator is to provide support to the Apis Partners team, and focus on providing an efficient and responsive HR service throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
Before Apis, Torie worked in the travel industry after she got the travel bug. She started travelling on her own and has lived and worked in Greece, France and Australia.
In her spare time, Torie is a huge foodie and loves to recreate some of the exotic dishes she has tasted on her travels.

I’m currently planning my trip of a lifetime: Cuba! I can’t wait to learn salsa in the colourful streets of colonial Havana, spend time with the locals in Trinidad, a UNESCO heritage site and diving into to pristine waters along the stunning coastline.
After travel, my biggest passion is cooking. I love everything about food; picking it from my Mum’s allotment or getting great produce from farmers markets and experimenting with new recipes…. There’s a mid to high success rate!
I think it’s fantastic that working alongside my colleagues we are part of sustainable changes to individuals, families and communities that our work reaches.
