Maggie has over two decades of experience in business and operational leaderships roles across private equity, asset management, and financial research.
Prior to joining Apis, Maggie was the Chief Operating Officer at global private equity investment advisory business, IH International Advisors, where she was responsible for operations, HR, budget, and governance. Prior to this, Maggie worked as Deputy COO at London LGPS CIV Ltd, Executive Director at Morgan Stanley and Managing Director at HSBC Global Research.
Maggie has also provided pro bono advisory support to non-profit organizations including the Mayor’s Fund for London and the Impetus-PEF organization.
Maggie is married and has two daughters.

I have always enjoyed being active and my hobbies started with diving and gymnastics then moved to dance and I now enjoy swimming, running – and skipping rope every now and then!
I would ask – why not focus on positive social impact? Businesses can do well financially and do good for the community. Embedding this focus into an organisation’s day-to-day operations and culture can also provide deeper meaning to an individual’s role.
In my roles across PE, asset management, and financial research, I have led and overseen a number of functions and initiatives and worked closely with investment and research teams to optimize core processes. I have also, particularly in my recent role as COO of a PE investment advisor focused on funds and co-investments, gained broad knowledge of PE operating models and best practices.
