Horse riding and training. I’ve been riding since I was 7 and competed under my National team for Show Jumping. It’s the one thing where you think of nothing else except what you need to be doing and feeling the fresh air on your face while loving and caring for a animal that is extremely special and therapeutic.
That you only look back to see how amazing your shoes look in the mirror, life is a lesson and we learn every day, make your mistakes but never dwell and look back at them.
The world changes according to the way people see it, and if you can alter, even by a millimetre, the way people look at reality, then you can change the world.
