Tradelite Solutions GmbH announces successful completion of its first investing round

London, 7 September, 2022: Tradelite Solutions GmbH (“Tradelite”) – Munich-based “Games meet FinTech” company creating a “Financial Literacy Metaverse” – has successfully concluded a first funding round. The round is led by UK based Apis Venture Investments I IC, a company within the Apis Group (“Apis”), which has a strong track record in financial inclusion focused fintech businesses.

​​​​​​​Tradelite is creating Mogaland, a Metaverse game-based ecosystem, to make the learning financial literacy easier and more accessible by engaging people through play. Mogaland’s name is inspired by people’s universal need and desire for money, hence simply money games and Mogaland.

Financial literacy means understanding financial concepts and the skills that enable sound money management decisions. Everyone in this world has different dreams and life goals but for nearly all of us, we would need money to achieve them. Financial literacy is, therefore, a fundamental prerequisite for people’s lives and aspirations. Mogaland creates an enjoyable experience by embedding practical know-how in the heightened engagement environment of entertaining video games.

Web3 technologies enable Mogaland to offer a player-owned token-based economy where players can truly own, buy, sell and trade in-game assets created or earned through skill-based gameplay. With this Learn-to-Earn design, players are rewarded for their learning effort and achievements in financial literacy.
